Presentation:

A book of history. Or rather stories, with a plural "s", written in red ink. Red Saint-Emilion. Not the red of big cars and rubies on rings. A lively and warm red, foreign to the lukewarm wine that makes you yawn. Sequenced in 47 vintages of lives (note the "s"), labels and crazy swerves, with Charlie-Hebdo on the luggage rack, these chronicles intersect with others, all of which can be summed up in one: wine. Let's rinse our eyes and throats with this two-headed book. Let's get rid of the technical verbiage, let's sponge off our cravings for fresh wine... In short, let's corkscrew all we want. Here's to you!

The authors:

Gérard Descrambe is a Companion of Hara-Kiri, Charlie-Hebdo, he carries in his wake several stories: that of a family of visionaries from Bordeaux who installed the organic. That of the mutations that have irrigated the history of wine. The story of the new way in which wine tells itself. The story of a man whose history, since the attacks of 2015, has crossed the history of the world. Finally, the one that for 25 years agencies, enlivens, agitates the words comics, Bordeaux, Organic, Bottles, Bouquet and Barrels.

Dominique Hutin was not born a journalist. He first wore the costumes of a factory worker, a computer technician, a training project manager, an antique dealer, and an entertainer... before creating "AOC, Agitation œnologique & culinaire" in the 1990s to twist the universe of what is eaten and drunk through personal interpretations ("Ciné-Cépages", "Allez vous faire boire !"...). Facts and misdeeds that lead him in 2003 to write in various magazines specializing in food and wine, to crisscross the restaurants with the Fooding, to type full lucarne to Cuisine TV. Settled in Agon-Coutainville, Manche, since 2006, he continues to chew the paper of the written press, to tell the wine on France-Inter since 2010 and to write a saga whose ink is not yet dry, that of the wine and its peripheries.
