Products Who Are We?

The WINO Bookstore is the only wine-related bookstore in North America. All books, magazines, posters, and other product categories are related to wine, spirits, sake, vine culture, or agricultural products related to the winemakers represented at WINO Importation. We offer publications in both French and English, glassware, posters, activity sets, and edible products.

Product Availability:

All orders go through our warehouse, and products that are in stock are shipped within 4 days. Products that we do not keep in stock can easily be ordered and delivered within 2 to 3 weeks, except for orders originating from Europe, which may take 2 to 12 weeks. WINO Bookstore cannot be held responsible for failure to meet the displayed delivery times. If an item becomes unavailable from the supplier, we will send an email to the customer to inform them and offer a refund or an extended wait until restocking.

Orders Placing an Order:

Order Modification or Cancellation Policies:

Once an order is placed, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. However, we can do our best to modify it (change of products). Contact us via email at info@winoimport.com to inform us of the modifications.

Delivery Delivery Options:

The delivery options are as follows:

  • Free home delivery in the Greater Montreal area every Friday.
  • Free postal delivery throughout Canada for orders over $39 before taxes.
  • Free postal delivery throughout the United States for orders over $150 before taxes.

Shipping Costs:

All shipments are standard, and the costs for Canada and the United States are as follows:

  • $19.99 (3-9 business days) for Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia.
  • $14.99 (3-9 business days) for Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.
  • $9.99 (3-9 business days) for Quebec and Ontario.
  • $39.50 (4-8 business days) for all of the United States.

Tracking:

After each postal shipment, we will send you the tracking number so you can track the status of your package. For home deliveries, feel free to contact us via email or on our social media.

Return Policies:

The items provided by the WINO Bookstore are new. If an item is defective or does not match the order, we will refund it or cancel it, including the shipping costs, within 2 days of the delivery date. A copy of the invoice will be required to process the return.
