Born in Montreal and living in France since 2010, Laura Vidal is a sommelier and co-owner of several establishments in the South of France, including La Mercerie in Marseille and Chardon in Arles . Named the first female sommelier of the year in 2020 according to Gault & Millau, she tells us how in this bright setting in the South of France, it is easy to convince traveling chefs to set up shop in her kitchen.
