The Author:

Former Chef in Paris with great figures of French cuisine, then at the restaurant "Les Tuileries" in New York and at the restaurant "Maxim's" in Beijing, Stéphane Lagorce plunged back into studies and completed his engineering degree at the CNAM Paris of Agro-industrial Sciences and Techniques.

For more than 15 years, he devoted himself to the food industry as part of the creation of new products. At the same time, mixing his scientific techniques and his gastronomic culture with ease and originality, he became a writer and translator of numerous culinary works. he has since taught Food Sciences at Agroparistech.
