Presentation:
What is the wine of philosophy? A more or less precise idea or a sensitive reality attested by thirst, taste or desire? The alternative may be attractive, but it is certainly misleading. Behind the word wine, there is simultaneously an idea and a concrete reality. To forget it would be to condemn oneself to wandering in the sky of ideas, losing sight of what gives access to it: the sensitive. What to do about wandering? How not to lose sight of reality? The Rabelaisian invitation to toast is something to meditate on, between the pitfall of the intoxication of the body which prevents one from reasoning and the intoxication of reason which forgets what it is supposed to speak about.
Philosophy questions our relationship to wine: what we are (taste, perception, anchoring, education), what it is, between nature and culture, and what links us to this universe. Grégory Darbadie urges us to practice doubt to explore new paths of thought. He exchanges, questions, implements in this work an organic and carnal philosophy.
