Presentation:
Philippe Quesnot recounts here with truculence 30 of his adventures and encounters, each accompanied by one of his favorite wines.
"Why so many magnums ? The cellar is full! Because apart from the immense love I have for you, I also like to eat, drink and laugh!
Even stupidly, yes, but above all I love to feel among my friends and share those moments that would make you forget that eternity is waiting for you at the end of the road.
I am not a talented winemaker, nor a prodigious winemaker, but I know how to hold my own at the table and have a tolerant stomach. I also wear size 46 and, generally, I face the late night gusts as a brave sailor.
To the understanding of the universe in its fourth dimension, I preferred these qualities, they allowed me to live beautiful meetings and some great moments."
The author:
After a brief stint in a Parisian building design office, Philippe Quesnot moved to the South. In 1980, he left the building industry to become a "neighborhood grocer". With a friend, he opened a convenience store in Grasse. At that time, he met various winegrowers who introduced him to natural wines. This new knowledge became a real passion and today he can be proud of having one of the best selections of natural wines in the South in a convenience store. Philippe Quesnot founded in 2008 with his sidekick Michel Tolmer, the website www.glougueule.fr
