Who would not agree with this approach to agriculture and therefore to viticulture, since it is indeed this production that this book is about?
Beyond the definition, the work endeavors to present in a clear and precise way - with sometimes comments of the author which testify to his experience and his commitment but also to his critical spirit and his humor - the philosophy and ethics related to the concept of permaculture.
The book then presents the principles of design and the methodologies proposed: it is in this respect that beyond philosophy and ethics, Alain Malard offers us concrete solutions resulting from his professional experience and his own achievements.
Science is not forgotten in this book which tells a fascinating story from the vine to the glass and the consumer.
This book, unique and original by the relevance of its content and the horizons of development of an alternative and sustainable viticulture which are proposed, is a source of essential applied knowledge which is addressed both to learners but also to those involved in the wine industry. »
