In this first issue, you will fall under the spell of the English editor Nina Caplan, among others, who transports us to the London wine market. You will discover the Jurassic - the geological era, not the dinosaurs - from the pen of Jacky Blisson, the only Quebecer to hold the title of Master of Wine.
