After having defended eating well via 180 °C, the first independent culinary magazine, Thermostat 6 editions have decided to defend drinking well: the 12°5 magazine becomes the standard-bearer of this wine world in full mutation. 

When winemakers only bottle one vintage per year, the 12°5 team allows itself to bottle two. And this for a simple reason, their journalists and photographers have a lot of material. Just think, more than 750,000 hectares of vineyards to cover in France, to which we could add kilometers of cellars and wineries. In this third vintage, they decided to talk only about natural, organic or biodynamic wines. This represents a little more than 60,000 hectares to cover and thousands of winegrowers to greet.
