After having defended, the good eating via 180 °C, the first independent culinary magazine, Thermostat 6 editions have decided to defend the good drinking: the jajazine 12°5 becomes the standard bearer of this wine world in full mutation. 

In July 2018, Pierre Masson, tutelary figure of biodynamics, passed away. While at the end of the same summer, we learned the shattering departure of Nicolas Hulot and with him, the voice of those French people eager to see things change in terms of the environment, agricultural and viticultural practices. There are few of them who lead this fight with sincerity and it is with this same sincerity that they put them and their work in the spotlight in these pages. It is a very personal way to lead with them this fight for a return to good farming sense.
