The Authors:
Béatrice Mialon worked in various fields (communication and sales) before becoming interested in wine. Trained at the University of Wine in Suze-la-Rousse, she took charge of communications for an AOC before working in the winery.
Olivier Bompas , a former sommelier, is a journalist at Le Point magazine and has been a trainer at the Suze-la-Rousse wine university. He is the author, among other books, of Ma cave en 700 vins (Hachette), in collaboration with Béatrice Mialon, and Les vins et les mets en 2 500 accords (Hachette).
