He is the author of several in-depth works in the Hachette Vin collections: Arômes du vin (with Michaël Moisseeff), La Dégustation, Le vin en 80 questions (collection "Les Livrets du Vin"); l'Ecole des alliances…. For the record, he is among the rare authors of practical works to have been invited (ten years ago, to one of the last "Bouillon de culture") by Bernard Pivot, and managed to uncork a bottle in front of the viewers before commenting on it with verve and urbanity.
