Presentation:

Whether writing it or drinking it, Sébastien Lapaque is a pioneer in the art of loving and sharing natural wine. A balanced assembly of knowledge and poetry, ecology and friendship, at the crossroads of his counter-diary, his "theories" and his "Petit Lapaque des vins de amis", here is "On aura tout bu". A sum of portraits of wines and winegrowers, taste walks and learning about the motif, this book takes stock of natural wine with those who make it and those who drink it.

The author:

Free spirit of greedy and pyrotechnic erudition, Sébastien Lapaque is a unique voice in our literary landscape. He is a writer, critic Literary Figaro and columnist at the French Wine Review . Author of four novels published by Actes Sud (including The Convergence of the Trade Winds , 2012, and Theory of the Postcard , 2014), he has also published essays, columns and two volumes of a counter-journal ( Au Random and Often , 2010, and Otherwise and again , 2013). From At Marcel Lapierre (Stock, 2004) and Le Petit Lapaque of friends’ wines (Actes Sud, 2006 and 2009), he imposed a non-conformist discourse on wine combining agriculture, literature, history and ecology and a unique qualification as a naturalist.
