Les auteurs:

Laurent Gotti a découvert le monde du vin en couvrant la vente aux enchères des Hospices de Beaune en 1997. Installé en Bourgogne depuis 2000, il a passé un Certificat professionnel d'analyse sensorielle. Il collabore pour plusieurs publications (Guide Hachette, magazines En Magnum, Terre de vins) et anime un blog (All About Burgundy). Il partage ses découvertes comme enseignant (Inseec) et anime très régulièrement des ateliers œnologiques (À Portée de Vins, Prodégustation).

Sylvain Pittiot est ingénieur topographe de formation. Il est actuellement le régisseur du domaine du Clos de Tart à Morey-Saint-Denis.
