Presentation :
Tronches de vin 2 is a counter guide to wines designed by a collective of bloggers: for this second volume, six independent and renowned wine bloggers. Through this work, they once again demonstrate their desire to be an alternative to established wine guides and professional critics, often mired in financial and advertising constraints. Or simply jaded about the mouth.
By drawing up an unprecedented portrait of 120 atypical winegrowers from 12 different countries (and, incidentally, their wines), by listing more than 250 freed wine merchants in France, Europe and around the world, the objective for the authors is to firstly to bring to the fore an alternative viticulture, engaged in a more global approach, which goes far beyond just wine production. Wine, in fact, is at the forefront of agriculture - a social issue if ever there was one - and, in this great liquid bazaar, everyone can now drink well, but above all drink correctly.
