Jamie Goode is a London-based author, lecturer, taster, and publisher of wine books. With a PhD in plant biology, he worked as a science writer before founding wineanorak.com, one of the world's most popular wine websites.
From 2005 to 2025, he wrote a wine column for the British national daily newspaper, The Sunday Express, and has contributed to numerous publications, including The World of Fine Wine, Meininger’s Wine Business International, Noble Rot, Wine & Spirits, Vine Pair, and Drinks International.
He is a sought-after speaker and taster and co-chairs the International Wine Challenge. He also presented a television series called The Science of Wine.
